If you're out of town, home with the flu, or overbooked, I'll gladly meet your buyers at properties they'd like to tour. They will be shown each home and provided with pertinent information from all disclosures available in the MLS

Offer Documents━━ 

Share your client's loop with me in Dotloop, and let me know the desired terms. I can write up their offer for you to review, obtain signatures, and submit. 

Transaction Coordination ━━

Was your client's offer accepted? Allow me to assist with paperwork on your way to the closing table. I will:

• Send intro emails to client, co-op agent, title, and lender
• Maintain an organized Dotloop file, compliant with office admin
• Forward necessary documents to co-op agent, title, and lender
• Write amendments and addendums
• Reach out with reminders for missing initials or signatures
• Schedule closing date with client and title company

Please note, you will maintain all responsibility for any negotiations, client concerns, etc.
